No worries; tweak it until it's perfect.

Launch Performance Reviews with a Single Click

Performance reviews are essential for feedback, goal-setting, and communication within the organization. Utilize the performance review process template to launch reviews with a single click. Ensure you include reviewers, and start/end dates during template creation. Missing dates hinder quick launch, and if reviewers are absent, you can proceed but need to add them in the next step. Quick Launch simplifies the process by consolidating information from the template, eliminating the need to add details at various stages.

Automate Performance Review Steps

The performance review signature flow is essential for formal recognition, accountability, improved communication, and HR documentation, ensuring consistency and transparency in the performance management process. Previously, initiating the signature flow required manual action after consolidating the performance review. Now, you can automate this process by toggling it on in the automation tab of the process template. Just make sure the auto-consolidation toggle is also enabled.

The Analytics Tab on the position information page provides complete statistical information, making it easier for you to make informed decisions as an HR. The Analytics tab contains pie charts and funnel charts. The pie chart displays the sources from which your candidates are coming, breaking down the numbers for each source used for that particular job. The funnel chart, on the other hand, gives the distribution of candidates across different stages of the candidate funnel assigned to the position.
