ClayHR - ZipRecruiter Integration

ZipRecruiter-ClayHR integration allows you to publish positions directly from ClayHR ATS to ZipRecruiter. Note: YOU DO NOT NEED to have an account in ZipRecruiter to publish your open positions, and benefit from their reach and distribution.In order to publish your positions directly in ZipRecruiter, please check that the following details are in place:

  • Your Position’s “Location” details: Your company locations need to specify the following fields: city, state, zip, and country. For example, if the company location only has “HQ” as the name, but no other details, then ZipRecruiter may not be able to identify the actual location.  The location must be in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • ZipRecruiter Terms and Conditions: Please go to Setup menu--> Hiring-->Hiring Configuration-->External Job Portals. Kindly read the ZipRecruiter terms and conditions and mark the corresponding checkbox.
  • Ensure all your open positions are published publicly. Click on your open position from the Position homepage and go to the position’s Actions tab. Just click on the “Publish (Public)” button to make that position available on ZipRecruiter.
  • ZipRecruiter Job Sponsorships: Boosts or job sponsorships provide superior placement and maximum visibility of your jobs so that you get more applicants. You can purchase a ZipRecruiter job sponsorship by going to the Position-->Actions tab. Each ZipRecruiter job boost lasts for 30 days. There are 2 variants of ZipRecruiter job sponsorships, as shown in the image below.

That’s it!  Be ready to accept all those wonderful candidates from ZipRecruiter, which will be clearly marked with the source -“ZipRecruiter”.
