Who sees What in other User’s Profile?

ClayHR allows you to manage who sees what on other user’s profile so they only have access to the information that is relevant for them.

Find below a detailed table (and images) comparing what Standard Non Admin Users vs. Site Admin Users can see/edit in other user’s profiles given their default permissions settings, and how to control additional permissions through User Groups and User Groups Permissions.

*Basic Info Fields include: Department | Profile | Start Date | Reports to | Email | Cell Phone | Office Phone | IM | Birthday | Location | Time Zone
