Clock In/ Clock Out from Web Application
ClayHR offers a convenient time-tracking feature for employees to record their working hours easily. Employees can easily Clock In/ Clock Out from the web application, mobile device, or simply by scanning the QR code with the mobile app. Employees can maintain accurate time logs and effectively monitor their productivity across different tasks.
Clock In
Users can effortlessly Clock In from the web application by the following steps
- Users can Clock In from the web application simply by clicking on the clock icon located in the page header.
- Users can also Clock In from the “My Timesheets” page. Go to the “People” tab on the header and select “My Timesheets”.
- Click on the “Clock In” button.
- Once the Clock In popup appears, users can select the Project, Category, and other required details and then click the “Clock In” button.
- The user is Clocked In successfully.
Clock Out
Users can Clock Out from the web application by following these steps
- Users can Clock Out from the web application by clicking on the clock out icon located in the page header.
- Users can also Clock Out from the “My Timesheets” page. Go to the “People” tab on the header and select “My Timesheets”.
- Click on the drop-down icon and then select “Clock Out”.
- Once the Clock Out popup appears, users can add the description and then click the “Clock Out” button.
- The user is Clocked Out successfully.
Auto Clock Out Duration
An Auto Clock Out duration can be set by which the system will automatically Clock Out after the mentioned duration.
Go to the “Gear Icon” and click on “Calendars, Timesheets & PTO/Leave”. Under the “Timesheets” tab, users can enter the Auto Clock Out duration and click on the “Save Preference” button.
The timecard will get automatically clocked out after the specified duration.
