1. In case you forget your password, you simply create a new one by clicking on “Forgot your Password? Reset it”, which you can find on the login page.

2. The system then asks you to enter your email address. Please add it and click on the “Reset Password” button. Refer below image.

3. Then, you see a message on the screen which asks you to check your email inbox. Refer below image.

4. In your email inbox, you find an email with the subject line – Reset your password. Please open that email and click – “here”.

5. When you click “here”, you are taken to a page in which you create your new password. Please enter the password in the 2 fields. Refer below image. After entering the password in these two fields, please click on the “Update Password” button.

6. After this, the system takes you to the login page. On this page, please add the email address and the password you just created.
