Across Salaries, Bonuses, and One-offs: Total Compensation Calculations Made Seamless

In the financial tab of the user record page, gaining insights into your employees' compensation breakdown has always been easy. Yet, a key metric for HR or finance teams is the overall compensation of an employee. Now, you can effortlessly calculate an employee's total active compensation directly from the financial tab. Just click on the 'Total Compensation' option, and a new page will pop up, allowing you to set the date range for collecting the total compensation. It's that simple!

Only individuals with Total Compensation Permission have the privilege to compute the total compensation for any user.

New Permission: Manage Owned Workflows

When setting up workflows, you have the option to choose an owner group. Once you select the owner group for different workflows, an employee with 'Manage Owned Workflows' permission will be able to manage (see, edit, and assign) all the workflows linked to the owner group to which that employee has been added. It's essential to note that this applies not only to user workflows but also to candidate workflows.
