Split Leaves Automatically for Accurate Leave Calculations

In a scenario where you request leave from July 27 to August 3, crossing over two months, it can complicate leave calculations. However, ClayHR now automatically divides this leave into two parts upon approval: July 27 to July 31 and August 1 to August 3. This ensures accurate leave calculations and prevents any confusion or missed leave days between months.

Create Announcements for Specific User Groups using Mobile App

You could always filter the audience while creating announcements by Org Unit, Location, and User Groups on our web application. To improve targeted announcement communication, we have added the 'User Group' filter, accessible not just on the web app but also on our Android and iOS apps. This empowers you to send announcements directly to desired user groups via the mobile app, eliminating the need to log in to the web version. You can utilize any combination of these filters to ensure the precise delivery of announcements to your organization's right employees or teams.

Approve, Reject, and Document Expenses Anywhere

You could always approve or reject expense reports and add documents to the expense line items through the web application. But what if you are on the go and you have to approve or reject the expense report, or you want to add the documents to the expense line items so that no delay happens? There is good news, as now you can do it from the mobile application, whether it is iOS or Android. This feature significantly enhances flexibility and efficiency, allowing you to manage expense reports seamlessly even while away from your desks, thereby reducing bottlenecks and ensuring timely processing.

Streamlined Communication: Copy Team Members on Candidate Emails

You can easily send emails to candidates directly from their candidate home page or candidate information view page, selecting the appropriate template from your existing ones. However, if you need to keep someone else informed while sending these emails, you can now do so by adding them to the CC field. This feature enhances collaboration and ensures that all relevant team members stay informed throughout the communication process. You can even include multiple team members in the CC to ensure they stay informed.

Easy Logo Management on ClayHR

We understand that having control over customization is key, especially when it comes to representing your organization. With that in mind, we've enhanced the ClayHR platform to let you not only add logos but also delete them if they become outdated or incorrect. You no longer need to contact us for logo updates; you have the power to make these changes yourself directly from the user interface. This ensures that your HR platform is an authentic reflection of your organization's identity.

Go to Gear/Settings Icon > Look & Feel > Upload Logo > Simply hover on the logo to see the delete icon.
