New Integration: ClayHR and Odyssey Candidate Assessment

The new ClayHR - Odyssey Candidate Assessment integration brings significant benefits to your recruitment process. Simply navigate to the candidate's profile and click on the test tab to select Odyssey for candidate assessment. The beauty of this integration is that the candidate receives an email notification, keeping them informed about the assessment schedule. The candidate can conveniently complete the assessment directly, and once they're done, the result automatically appears in ClayHR. It's a seamless process that ensures efficient and accurate assessment results right within ClayHR.

New Permissions for Managing Company Objectives

We have added two new permissions for company objectives. The first one is "Company Objective View," which allows you to see the company's objectives. The second one is "Company Objective Manage," which gives you the ability to create, edit, and delete company objectives.

Effortlessly Manage Objectives: Edit, Delete, Archive – Your Choice!

You can always edit or delete any objective. However, a new enhancement allows you to archive objectives that are not currently needed. By archiving an objective, you can keep your objective homepage organized and focused on the objectives that require attention at the moment. It's important to note that once an objective is archived, you can no longer make changes to it. If you want to edit it again, you'll need to unarchive it first.

iOS and Android Mobile App Enhancement: View and Stay Updated on Your Performance Review Results

You can now easily access and view your Performance Review results after they are published. Simply log into the app and navigate to the performance review section. There, you will find your latest review results, allowing you to stay up-to-date with your performance feedback and progress. This convenient feature empowers you to track your performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate your achievements—all in the palm of your hand.

Streamline Surveys: Add Public Surveys as Widgets on Your Home Dashboard

You now have the ability to seamlessly add quick surveys as widgets directly onto your home dashboard, alongside other widgets. This enhancement empowers you to effortlessly include any public survey widget on your home dashboard, eliminating the need to navigate elsewhere for your team members to fill out the survey. It saves time and enables quick responses, allowing you to gather valuable insights and feedback efficiently.

Save Time, Simplify Record Management: Add Phone Numbers Directly from the User Record

The new enhancement allows you to add a phone number directly from the user record page, eliminating the need to add it from the user record edit page. This streamlined process saves time and simplifies employee record management. If you add multiple numbers, the system highlights the primary number in bold, making it easy to identify. This primary number is also visible in the directory, ensuring easy access to essential contact information.
