"We've been using ClayHR as our Performance Management system since June 2021 and we love it!.
We use ClayHR to conduct our Performance Reviews for both bonus and non-bonus eligible employees. The system is so flexible and easy to use. We built the performance templates and configured the assessment bars and scales exactly how we needed them for our particular process. And the system customizes the reviews with every employee´s individual goals with a couple of clicks! Managers and employees were very pleased with the overall experience.
And in the HR team, we were able to include all the needed information in the reports through the inbuilt report designer and could download the data to excel to feed the salary adjustment process. Reporting to our executive team was a breeze.
Our current focus is on Goal Management. Now we have a level of transparency on shared goals across functions that was never possible before. The interactive features for tracking progress and including comments have been key in keeping teams accountable. We really love the system!"
