If you want to receive notifications only when goal is completed and not at each stage of goal progress. Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to top-right user menu and click on “My Preferences”.
2. Navigate to “Goals Notifications” section on My Preferences page.
   

1. Turn off the toggles for “Goal Progress By Me” and “Goal Progress By Other”. These toggles when turned on send notification for each stage of goal progress by you and other users respectively.
2. Turn on the toggles for “Goal Completed By Me” and “Goal Progress By Other”. These toggles when turned on send notification for goal completed by you and other users respectively.
3. Also, you can individually turn these toggles on or off according to your preferences of receiving goal notifications.
