ClayHR sync with CareerJunction enables the push of publicly published positions from ClayHR to CareerJunction. It also allows the applicants to apply to particular positions from CareerJunction to ClayHR.

Setup CareerJunction in Third-Party Integrations

1. Go to the top right “Setup” menu and scroll down to “Third Party Integrations”: Setup -> Third Party Integrations.             

1. On the Third Party Integrations page, click on “New Integration” , select “Job Board” as Integration Type, and choose “CareerJunction”.

3. Enter your Username in the “Username” field.                       

4. Enter your Password in the “Password” field.

5. Specify the App ID  in the “App ID” field.                

6. Click on “Save Integration”, to save the details.

7. Now, you are ready to Integrate with CareerJunction.

Push position to CareerJunction

1. On the position home page, open any ‘Publicly Published’ position.

2. On the position view page, click on the ‘Action’ tab.                                  

3. To push position to CareerJunction following points should be followed:

•  The maximum salary and minimum salary should be greater than 1,000.                               

• A minimum of three and a maximum of seven skills should be assigned to the position.

• On the position edit page, 'CareerJunction Employment Level’, ‘CareerJunction Employment Type’, ‘CareerJunction Unit Type’ and ‘CareerJunction Remuneration Type’ fields should not be empty.

4. Click on the ‘Push to CareerJunction’ button.

5. Position will be pushed successfully to CareerJunction.
