ClayHR allows you to start Performance Reviews for 1) individual users or 2) in batch.

To start a performance review for a specific user:

1. Go to the top menu, "Performance" and click on “All Reviews”.

2. Click on the “New Review” button.

3. Select the “Single” option tab for individual performance review.

4. Select the user to launch the performance review.

5. Select the performance review template from the already defined list of performance review templates.

6. Click the “Create and Continue” button.
