Following are the headers we support:
1. SkillName: This column should include the skill name being imported. Max 100 characters. (Mandatory)
2. AssessmentTemplateName: This column should include the assessment template name defined in the system. If the assessment template name is missing or the given assessment template is not defined in the system, those records will be skipped. (Mandatory)
3. SkillTypeName: This column should specify the Skill Type the Skill belongs to. Max 50 characters.
4. SkillDescription: This column should include a description of the skill being imported. Max 4000 characters.
