Steps to generate match score:

  1. Match Score Generation:
  • Candidate Profile → Positions Tab: When a candidate is assigned to a position from their profile, the system calculates the match score based on the candidate’s summary and the position details.
  • Position → Applicants Tab: When a candidate is assigned a position from the applicants tab, the match score is generated using the same criteria: the candidate’s summary and the position’s parameters.
  1. Key Parameters for Score Calculation:
    Candidate’s Summary: This includes the candidate summary, which is automatically generated on their profile.
    Position Details: These include the job title, description, responsibilities, required skills, qualifications, and location.
  1. Match Score Calculation Process:
    The system analyzes the candidate summary and compares it with the position’s details to determine how well the candidate’s qualifications align with the job requirements. An algorithm calculates the match score by assessing the fit between the candidate’s profile and the position’s criteria, such as skills, location, and responsibilities.
  1. Displaying the Match Score:
    The match score is generated, offering a clear indication of how well the candidate fits the position. Along with the score, a description will be displayed explaining the parameters used in the calculation and how the score was determined.
