Bonus Planning

The bonus proposal outlines a structured approach to rewarding employees based on performance, aligning incentives with organizational goals. It incorporates performance reviews and predefined criteria to ensure fair and motivating bonus allocations.

How to Create a Bonus Proposal?

1. Go to the gear icon and click on Compensations & Benefit.

2. Select Compensation.

3. Click on Proposals.

4. Click on Bonus Planning.

5. To get started with Bonus Planning, click on the Get Started button on the introduction page..

6. Use the available filters to refine the list of team members. This will help you narrow down and select the appropriate individuals for creating a Bonus Proposal. Then click the Next button.

7. You can apply a relative increment, a fixed increment, or an increment based on performance review, and then click on 'Preview Changes' to proceed.

8. Specify the effective date for the proposal, choose the appropriate approval flow, and define the type of change you want to implement. Once all details are entered, click the 'Save Proposal' button to finalize and save your changes.

9. After clicking the 'Save Proposal' button, this acknowledge page will be displayed. An approval request will then be sent to the approver specified in the approval flow.

10. The approver can either approve or reject the proposal by clicking the respective 'Approve' or 'Reject' button.

11. Once the approver approves the proposal, the 'Execute' button will appear to finalize it. After executing, the proposal will be created.
