1. Allow users to assess their skills on their own. Skill related settings for non-admin roles: We can also allow non - admin users to add and grade their various skills very easily and quickly. Just click on the setup menu button and select Security & Permissions from the list. Next, add the permissions for the required non-admin's user group to view their skills. Click on the setup menu again and select the Skills & Training option from the menu. You will be redirected to the Skills & Training page. Finally, toggle the Allow Users to Start a Self Skill Assessment to allow users with non - admin permissions to have the ability to start assessment of a particular skill.
