Adding Credits for Resume Parsing
ClayHR allows you to parse resumes based on the number of credits, by default we offer 20 credits for resume parsing.
How to add credits for resume parsers
- Go to the “Gear Icon” module and select “Your Account and Billing Information.”
- Go to the tab named as “Modules & Add-Ons”
- There will be a subsection named as “Resume Parses Used”.
- This section displays the information regarding the balance of the credits left for parsing and the purchase history. If the limit gets exhausted, then credits need to be purchased again.
- For adding credits, click on “Buy More Credits”.
- To buy, you can either enter the number of credits manually or proceed with quick buy option. The total amount payable will be displayed.
- In order to proceed, click on “Pay with Card”.
- If the buyer’s credit card is configured, then you can directly buy the credits.
- If the buyer’s credit card is not configured, the user can add their card details by clicking on “Add a Credit Card” and proceed to buy the credits for resume parser.
